What is the Enrolment process?
Our enrolment process is simple and easy to follow:
Step 1 Find and choose your required course.
You will find detailed information about each course, including the requirement. Our individual course pages are designed to help you choose the right course for you.
Step 2 To finalise your enrolment, complete the registration form and make a payment.
Please carefully check the details of your required course on the course page before finalizing payment. Ensure that you meet the requirements of the course and book accordingly.
While completing the form, make sure that you put all the information correctly as per your booking requirements.
Once the form is completed correctly, you are ready to make payment. Please finalise your booking by paying with your preferred card or PayPal.
Step 3 Confirmation and Online Enrolment Link
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you have provided. This may take a while to receive it in your inbox. Please check the Junk or Spam folder in case you couldn’t find it in inbox.
The student will receive an email titled Safety Learning Australia Enrolment Link. This email contains a link to complete their online enrolment form, upload a copy of their ID, USI Number and a copy of their VET Transcript with QR code. Further details on course pages.
Step 4 Validation of Evidence
If you miss any of the evidence during the enrolment process Safety Learning Australia will email the student requesting to send any missing evidence.
Safety Learning Australia will validate that all the evidence of entry requirements has been provided.
Step 5 Student Login
You will receive an email to access to Student Portal with login instructions. Once logged in, you can access the course in the LMS (Learning Management System).
A USI is your unique individual education reference number consisting of 10 digits and letters, which is a permanent part of your student identity. Additionally, it provides you with an online record of all the vocational education and training you have completed in Australia. Obtaining a nationally approved Statement of Attainment requires students to have a unique student identity (USI). It is free to create and easily accessible via the internet at any time or place.
Visit www.usi.gov.au, in order to obtain or find a USI number, if you have one already.

What payment methods are acceptable for the courses?
You can pay for your course by Visa or Mastercard online or PayPal.
When will I get my first aid certificate?
The Statement of Attainment (PDF) will be sent to you by email the next day after your successful completion of the course. To receive the Statement of Attainment, you are required to pay for your course in full and provide your valid USI.
What if the student cannot attend the course?
You may rebook for an alternative date if you cannot attend the course for any reason. Please call or email to advise before 24 hours of scheduled time.
